: Hello, I'm going to drink today →
Why yes, I do have a small amount of Irish heritage, and yes, I do have red hair. However, I don’t give two shits about either of these things. I don’t give two shits about St. Patrick, or his day. I am one of those douchebags using today as an excuse to drink, because everyone else is.
However,…
Yes! I love you, James.

Within three days of The Swellers forming, we (Nick, our friend Nate and myself) wrote and recorded three songs in our basement. The first official Swellers songs. A week later we played our first show at the Flint Local 432. With our cheap home recorder we were able to burn cds or “demos” to sell…

The Classic Crime helps save Haiti!
On April 6th, 2010 The Classic Crime’s third installment Vagabonds will be release on Tooth and Nail records. However, this is not a typical album for the band.
All the money from the preorders of the album will go directly to the Haiti relief fund. More specifically, Jesus in Haiti Ministries, where 100% of the profits will go to help the poor and feed the hungry.
You can preoder the...

Dear local bands,
If you want to be offered cool shows to open up shows that will likely sell out for national artists, you should probably stop playing the same market over and over and over again. Three shows within ten minutes of your hometown over a week’s time is dumb and counterproductive.

NEW SONG FROM THE CLASSIC CRIME!
One of our absolute favorite bands to work with over the years has been Seattle’s The Classic Crime. Their new album, “Vagabonds”, hits stores on April 6th, and I for one couldn’t be more excited! Hit up their MySpace for a brand new song, entitled “Solar Powered Life”. And look to FusionShows.com in the coming weeks for some big Classic Crime news.
