FROM THE ROAD: Hello friends, Ron here reporting in from the road! Normally I let Nate handle all the fun blogging but today I’m feeling compelled to share some words with you! Currently I’m on tour with Jeff Pianki as he joins Rocky Votolato and Matt Pond PA for a few dates around the Midwest. Jeff and I met up with the tour on Friday in Minneapolis and played a packed show at this cool place called 7th Street Entry. Last night the tour stopped in Milwaukee at a bar that we could only describe as the Mac’s Bar of Wisconsin but with nicer TVs. Both shows have been packed and the crowd has been has been singing along so loudly, you have some major competition Michigan! We’re so excited to be bringing this tour back home to Pontiac for you guys to see. Rocky and Matt are both playing with a full band on this tour and I have to say that this is easily the best I’ve seen them over the years. On this tour they let the fans pick the setlists so you’re sure to hear all of your favorite songs. On a side note, I have to mention how lucky younger concertgoers in Michigan really are. Most of the venues we’ve been playing strictly have 18+ or 21+ shows leaving some people missing out on an awesome show. Time for me to hit the road again, we’re heading out to Chicago for a couple shows then back home for Tuesday’s show in Pontiac.
